Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We provide free delivery across Egypt, with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
    • Cost: Free for all orders within Egypt!
  • Express Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
    • Cost: Free (Express shipping is also available at no extra charge!)

Where We Ship

We currently offer free shipping across all cities and governorates in Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, Sharm El Sheikh, and more. We're working on expanding our services to more locations, so stay tuned for future updates!

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can easily track your package's journey.

How We Pack Your Order

Your items are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:

  • Protective Wrapping: Each item is carefully folded and packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time.

Shipping Issues and Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, unexpected delays may happen due to external factors like weather or holidays. If your order is delayed, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team, and we’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Packages: If your order is marked as “delivered,” but you haven’t received it, please contact us right away. We’ll work with our shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll offer you a replacement or full refund based on the situation.

Additional Shipping Details

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery for orders within Egypt. Pay when your order arrives at your door!
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and local payment methods like Fawry.
